COAX CNDLS Return Policy

At COAX CNDLS, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns:

  • We offer a 30-day return window on all new, unused, and unopened products from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.

How to Start a Return:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
